Shipping Privacy Policy FAQAt Liberty Tobacco, we help you choose the finest cigars, pipes, tobaccos, and smoking accessories and make sure your expectations are met or exceeded. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order (except custom orders) as follows:
Conditions of Return
Pipes and Accessories:
All pipes, humidors, lighters and other hard goods may be returned within thirty days for a store credit or refund as long as there are no signs of use and in good physical condition (i.e. pipe is unsmoked, no scratches, all nomenclature visible and intact, etc.)
Cigars and Tobacco:
Liberty Tobacco will replace any cigars or tobacco that arrive in unsatisfactory physical condition (i.e. dry cigars or tobacco, beetle holes, etc) We can replace any tobacco items with the same items or other items of equal value.
Liberty takes many steps to ensure your order will arrive in good condition, however if your cigars or tobacco are dried out during the shipping process, we recomend that you place these items into a humidor or humidified environment for two to four weeks. Most tobacco items are resilient and will return to a good, smokable nature.
All costs incured for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer unless we ship you the wrong item(s).
If you have received any free gift along with the purchased product, it must be returned too. No refund will be made otherwise.
How to return an order:
1. Repack the items you are returning
2. Packing your order: Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials, including the return form, and packing slip
3. Send your package to:

4. All returned items must be insured for the full retail value at the cost of the customer.
Once your item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the credit card used for the transaction. Only this card can be issued a refund.

In order to protect the package against possible theft, please do not write Liberty Tobacco, jewelry, diamonds or any other luxury related word. Liberty Tobacco can not be responsible for return shipping losses.
Conditions of Return
1. Packages without a return authorization number will NOT be accepted for refund.
2. The item MUST be received at Liberty Tobacco within THIRTY (30) DAYS for the refund. Any items received after this period will not be accepted for refund.
3. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund. The original Liberty Tobacco security tag MUST still be on the item.
4. If the item is a diamond, the original gemological laboratory certificate that was issued with the diamond MUST also be returned. Other wise the replacement fee of $200 will be charged.
5. If the item is a gift, the authorization number MUST be written on the Liberty Tobacco address label. The gift recipient may exchange the item or elect to receive a Liberty Tobacco gift certificate instead of a refund.
Additional Notes
1. For resizing of diamond accent settings and diamond wedding bands, please contact (858) 292-1772.
2. Custom or special orders, personalized and engraved items cannot be refunded unless there is an error on behalf of Liberty Tobacco.
3. Liberty Tobacco will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. Liberty Tobacco will refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is a result of Liberty Tobacco's error.
Return Time
1. All requests will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the item.
2. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.
